⭐Filling Recommendations⭐

✅Option 1: Find a firm blanket, fold it to the matching size. Then Fill it into the bolster covers. This is the most efficient way from my experience and worked perfectly for restorative yoga practices.

✅Option 2: Take out the fillings from your spare pillows, and stuff them into the bolster pillow covers from my shop. Your old pillows will be upcycled into brand new yoga bolsters!

✅Option 3: Purchase Buckwheat Hulls from your local market or Purchase a Buckwheat Hull Pillow from Amazon and fill these Yoga Bolster Covers with them.
