This is for both figures pictured. Quicksilver and Steelwill spring loaded action works. Nothing broken on capes. Some rubbing and chrome showing through on spots(see pics) Tally-Hawk in good condition with some discoloration. Very good condition compared to most Silverhawks figures I've seen out there.
