Orrefors blown glass hand sold painted large Maja bowl

Featured here is a sherry glass by the Swedish company Orrefors. The Maja pattern was Designed by Eva Englund in1978. The line was hand blown and hand painted. This pattern was in production until 2005 .

It is a delicate, faceted shape which has the most AMAZING resonant ring when tapped. The bowl is light as air.

It is hand signed EE AL for the designer Eva Englund and the painter Arne Lindblom.

There is no damage visible to the vessel sold.

The footed bowl is 7” tall X 7” in diameter. The base is 4 7/8” in diameter.
