Vintage 45"x 37" quilt in pink and white Snail sold Trail pattern with pink polka dot backing

I purchased the 45"x 37" vintage Snail Trail quilt in pink and white cotton from a local antique mall. I backed the quilt top in new 100% cotton fabric purchased from a locally owned and operated fabric store in my town. The quilt is hand quilted with white hand quilting thread and sandwiched with 100% cotton batting.

I believe the quilt was intended to be a larger quilt when it was made long ago. There was an additional small piece that was to be another snail trail that was incomplete. It could be a baby/toddler quilt or a wall hanging. If you would like a sleeve made and attached to the back sold of the quilt, I can do this for an additional charge...see purchasing options. It would also look great in a farmhouse setting thrown over a chair.

The quilt design is a diagonal single line followed by two diagonal lines in a repeating pattern. There are two very small brown spots as pictured.
