Ox Red whippet collar & lead set, leather collar for greyhound sold and sighthounds

Our ox red greyhound collar and lead set can be personalised making it a truly custom gift! The pet collar comes in 4 sizes to fit breeds such as Italian Greyhounds, Whippets and Greyhounds.

This luxury set is handmade to order using brass hardware and premium British bridle leather, which is renowned for its exceptional quality and vibrant colours.

We treat our hound collars and leads with a blend of oils and beeswax to ensure as it ages with your pet, it garners it's own natural patina.

All of our tiny, small and medium collars come with a lighter weight 5/8" slim lead, and our large collars come with our standard 3/4" lead. Both are approx 39" long.

Our hand dyed leather is available in black, blue, green, ox red and red. The leather is 100% vegetable dyed meaning no toxins are used which is great for the environment and of course, your precious dog.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG FOR A COLLAR:

Measure around the neck with a tape measure where sold the collar would naturally sit, insert a couple of your fingers for comfort and record the measurement in centimeters/inches. This measurement should fall within the four sizes we have available.

CARE GUIDE

DO:

•Apply a little leather wax from time to time to help preserve and protect the leather
•Allow to dry naturally should the leather become wet
•Remember, leather is a natural material, the surface may show minor variations in colour or even the occasional small imperfection - this just adds to its charm!

DON'T:

•Saturate in water as this could cause the leather to lose its supple quality and turn brittle

Please be advised that our collars are not suitable for dogs that pull.

Please note, as our collars have been naturally dyed we advise against purchasing the red or blue collar for a white, or light coloured dog as the dye may run if the collar becomes saturated. If the collar does become wet whilst on a walk you'll need to allow the collar to dry naturally before reusing.
