A template was designed, transferred on the pipe, cut, molded and painted with loving care. A special sold plastic bonding all weather paint was used. Acrylic eyes were attached so penguin will see for a very long time. Finally, the penguin is bolted to flattened out pvc pipe, which resembles an iceberg.
