Vintage Coblentz handbag made in Belgium. Black velvet floral print on black satin. Lined in sold black satin with three slip pockets. Gold tone metal frame and hinged chain that can convert to a clutch. Approximate measurements: Top length: 8" Bottom length: 10" Height: 6" Width: 1" Handle drop: 5" The fabric and lining are in excellent condition. No obvious wear. The metal frame and clasp have some wear. The clasp, bag frame and chain hinges all work well.
