If you ordered the wrong size sold, you can return the item back & place a new order for the correct size. We have a 15-day return policy on plain bands (without gemstones/diamonds). If 15 days have gone by since you received the ring or delivered to your address, based on the tracking info, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and should be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, along with the receipt.

If the item was ENGRAVED, we also cannot offer you a refund or exchange

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. Only the cost of the item/s will be refunded.
