The cookbook is in great condition. There are no bad odors, water stains, pen marks, or tears on or in this cookbook. The inside pages do not look like they have ever been used. The outside front cover has a slight bend at the bottom - it is not a crease - it is simply hanging out from the bottom. The decorative possibilities of this beautiful cookbook are many. The kitchen cookbook collection would be enhanced with the addition of this gorgeous book. The spiral plastic spine is decorated with just enough color to stand out. Also, this cookbook has a lot to live up to since it is "America's Best Recipes". The collector will appreciate this cookbook for its condition and easy-to-use design.
