Hess 1988 sold Toy Truck and Racer

1988 Hess Toy Truck and Racer was the first time Hess released two-toys-in-one. In addition it was the first time Hess added license plates with the year of issue and featured vehicles not based on actual Hess trucks. It was a big year for change in sold Hess models.

The truck is new in the box. Tested with a D cell battery and all lights work. The Energizer battery that was included originally has been removed as it no longer held a charge.
