Millefiori necklace from sold Westafrica

sold An necklace with antique millefiori glass beads ,made for trade in Venice at the end of 19.th century.Some beads have traveled at least three continents.Small chips and pitting are a normal part of their patina,attesting to their age and extensive use.
Silver plated heishi are integrated in this very special necklace.
