I absolutely love these snoods/cowls. I have previously hand woven some but as I also knit I decided to Hand Knit some. They are very different to Handwoven snoods sold in that they are more 'substantial' in feel and would be very warm and cosy to wear.
I have used a yarn to knit this snood that is a Super Chunky 80% acrylic 20% wool in a stunning orange/red 'Sunset Glow' colour.
I would advise a very gentle hand wash if and when required. It should then be dried flat.
I have Hand Knit this snood in an attractive 'moss' stitch which gives a lovely textured look and feel to the finished article. This snood is also very very soft and will be lovely to wear and not at all itchy.
