In beautiful autumn colors, a cabin sold on the shore of a lake stands against the edge of a shrouded forest under a pale blue sky. This is the picture on the printed center panel of this quilted throw. The colors blend from one to another, and the overall image resembles a water color painting. Borders of green and light brown repeat the colors seen in this peaceful and serene landscape. The back of the quilt is a mottled grey.
This throw would be perfect in a den or library. It is gender neutral, and just the right size to ward off an evening chill.
I machine quilted this piece using pale beige thread and a meandering stitch. The grey binding is machine stitched in place.
All materials are new, 100% cotton so it is easy care machine wash and dry. It has been laundered to minimize shrinkage.
Measures 39" wide and 50" long.
