please see photo. the left 1/3 of the screen can't be seen. the phone is fully functional and that part of the screen can still be accessed via touch but can't be seen. I add this because perhaps that gives a clue as to what needs to be replaced. voice sold activation works as well so it's fully functional with a huge caveat that you cannot see the 1/3 of the screen.
