this is a misprint with no symbol, it has the old back from 1999 Japanese extremely rare and a non-graded one goes for $50 raw so I'm open to offers but I feel like this is a good price as a PSA 7 sells for $88 I will include a couple other Misty cards for you, and a Japanese booster sold pack with this to make it a nice Misty bundle that'll be great for any collector or an even better gift to any Misty fan!!.
