Does have cracked screen but been in otterbox entire 3 - 4 months, just upgraded but doesn't hurt the touch screen and functionality none watsoever!! Do have a brand new screen, charger, otterbox, carrying case!!! Great phone unlocked for any carrier!!! Also iCloud unlocked so I guess you would say it is double unlocked!!! Absolutely no problem watsoever, battery works great,%97 !!!
