Fully functional and in good shape. New ear pads just replaced, comes with headphones, just in case wired jack, and original pouch. Only flaw is a little sold wear on the inside of the top band. Headphones sound great, have awesome battery life, and can be used corded without power if needed. Super comfortable, you could wear them all day.
