Product code: Sterling Silver hinged Bangle W/Turquoise stone sold New but Old, unused & marked
I bought this from a licensed reseller from new but old Taxco stock. It has the markings of Mexico 925 along with the artisan's ID markings that does indicate it's from Taxco. The adorable claw of a crab and lizard dactyl or hand is why I purchased this, but unfortunately this is much too large for me. The hinge is as tight as new but it still hangs down on my hand. This piece would fit a medium or larger wrist, male or female sold. Inside measurements are 1 7/8” front to back and 2.5” side to side but it seems larger I guess because of the weight which is 53.4 grams. The stone is turquoise with natural striations. I actually adore this well made piece of nice sterling that has been slow to tarnish with a mirrored shine. Acid testing done and shows solid sterling. This is such a fun looking piece that unfortunately I can not wear. It will be safely packaged for shipping and gift boxed. I did my best with photos but it's so reflective. Thank you for looking.
