I have sold sewn these women green polka dot ruffled bloomers from 100% cotton fabric that I have machine washed and dried prior to sewing them to limit any shrinkage. Women sizes: Small fitting those wearing a pants size (4-6) Medium (8-10) Large (12-14).
Details: These bloomers are a pull on style and feature a complete elastic waistband for this I have used a 3/4 inch wide elastic. I have sewn all seams full size with the crotch seam being reinforced with a second row of stitching I then have serge stitched finished the seams.For the leg ruffle I have encased elastic within seam binding for a more comfy fit. I then trimmed out the leg opening with eyelet lace. Easy care machine wash cold tumble dry and press if needed.
