Pageant Dress size 7, worn once! Like new without tags, except missing ONE eye hook on one strap. Easy fix, sold thread still there and hook. Not altered, has a tie back which is easy for sizing gaps. Bottoms puffs out and can be worn with a hoop skirt underneath. My daughter won't the pageant when wearing this. Also got beat dress out of all participants of all ages. Paid 580$ for it. It's been kept in a pageant gown bag.
