This traditional leather bound journals are handmade in London, using high quality materials by me a bookbinder.

This is an A5 unusual wrap around leather journal.
Unique end papers design.

The 160 gsm paper are all hand torn.
Measures 14.5 x 22 cm or 5.75 x 8.75 inchs
80 leaves or 160 pages.

THE PAPER
The paper used has a full archival specification, a vellum surface feel, buffered to pH8.5, it is internally and surface sized, and it is lightfast. The weight of the paper is 160 gsm and can take pen and ink, watercolour, acrylics, pastel and pencil

THE LEATHER
The leather journals are bound with Premium quality cowhide, pig skin or goat hide. Some leathers that are used have an old worldly vintage look and tends to look better with use and wear.
Each leather journal is unique, all the papers are hand torn, not machine made and stitched with waxed linen thread using traditional bookbinding techniques.

This beautiful bound journals can be used for all your creative work and can be carried on your life's journey and adventures.
