Barbie's cousin Francie, probably the Twist N Turn version, head only.
She is redone with lovely, shiney red hair, freckles, silvery glued on earrings, and a large strawberry birth mark.
Doll head came to me with many flaws, which I patched over with epoxy, covered with freckles and her birthmark, and her earrings.
Repairing this sculpt has made her absolutely unique and gorgeous. sold
