GUC, Lilly, navy, printed popover dress, size large. Inside tag has been removed. Pockets on each side & 1/4 sold zipper with charm. I am 2nd owner & it came with some yellowish discoloring on some of the white “INSIDE” the hem- see last picture. ***It does not affect the outside of the dress at all ***.
