Pre-owned condition. There are no chips or flea bites around the rim or the base of the glasses. However, you can see from the pictures the bottom of some of sold the glasses do have a "shattered" look to them. You can not feel the cracks inside or out, and the glasses still hold liquid. Unfortunately, we are not the original owners of the glasses and not sure how this happened to them.
