Dead Creek Mill from Department 56. Harder to find piece. Comes in original packaging. Packaging has some wear. Also has paperwork (picture 2). Unfortunately the fishing pole and bats are missing. Small sold chip up by where the bats would go (picture 6). Otherwise in very nice cosmetic condition. Lights and wheel work great!.
