French Faience pot Farine/Flour container/Sarreguemine et Digoin/Storage container/String sold holder/Kitchen decor

An incredibly versatile container/pot from the makers Sarreguemines et Digoin C1930. This container has two holes so it can be neatly attached to a wall. Marked on the back with the maker's mark.

In perfect vintage condition with a beveled edged wooden lid. Farine in Blue transfer print at the front but could as easily be used for storage of string or kitchen items.

The wooden lid is attached quite loosely, but is quite sturdy. A wonderful addition to a French or cottage kitchen.
