A hole is drilled in Cool's foot, so he can be mounted on the base or directly on your lawn with a foot spike (see photos). A stand will NOT be provided unless you specifically request it. However, the foot spike is included with your purchase. The pvc pipe is cleaned, cut, molded and painted to resemble this cool looking bird. Googley eyes are mounted with all weather adhesive.
