Her work for these paperback editions of The Lord of the Rings trilogy achieved mass-cult status, especially among college students and young adults at that time.

Included in the set are three unread / gently read paperback books and the slipcase. Box set contains The Lord of the Rings trilogy: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King. Overall these are nice books, with a few minor flaws. See the pictures to evaluate the condition for yourself. No handwriting in the books at all. All three books are very clean and dry. The original cardboard slipcase is in very good condition, with noticeable sold wear. It's very difficult to find this set in nice condition.
