It measures 13" H (with the feathers) x 7" wide at the brim. Covered in black and white harlequin fabric, green sequin trim, dark purple flowers, multi colored 1.5" ribbon, orange and purple glitter spiders not to mention a lime green and purple feathers. The top is also adorned with black trim and rhinestones. These do not come with a strap or clips. If you will be wearing it please specify in a note at checkout that you need clips underneath the hat.
