Rectangular shaped, with beaded edge and scrolled handle tip, no monogram. Sterling Silver. "Moonbeam" Pattern. Made by Rogers Sterling of Hartford, CT. 1865 - 1967. (Used by International Silver until 1970s.) Pattern patented in 1948, but now discontinued.
