Vintage Grosgrain Cocktail sold Dress

This wonderful dress has the lovely rustle of grosgrain, scoop-necked and with a slightly deeper scooped back. Front gathers at bodice, curved seaming from bodice to waist. Flared skirt with shallow front slit. The interest is in the back double bustle. Cap sleeves, side zip, hem dips slightly front to back.

Please note: I was unable to get the dress onto a rigid size 6 dress form without straining vintage seams. Recommend size sold 4 body.

Please also note that the bustle at the back of the dress is stored stuffed with tissue to preserve its shape. Tissue has not been removed for photography. It should clearly be removed prior to the buyer wearing the dress.
