Wilma inspired tutu dress can be made of a combination of nylon/cotton fabrics. Dress has invisible zipper on back of bodice, bone sold accents on shoulder and hair bow. Tutu skirt layer is attached to bodice but can be made as a separate tutu skirt as well. If wanting to make any changes on color combination or if you want tutu skirt to be separate please contact me via messages before purchasing as well as including request in the notes sections when placing the order.
