There sold is just something about the shape of a heart. It is a symbol that means so many things to so many people, from romance and friendship to health and vitality. It is such a classic symbol, but the fun part is adding a twist to the basic concept.
This necklace was first sawn out of sterling silver sheet into a heart shape. Layers of fine silver cut into strips were layered over the sterling silver heart. The random organic pattern is accented with three solid silver balls combined with random strips of silver. It hangs from a jump ring and a sterling silver elongated cable chain which can be adjusted from 17 1/2 or 19 1/4 inches in length. It closes with a small sterling silver lobster clasp and is stamped with my makers mark and 925.
