16 hard cover magic tree house books. Most have a name written in front of the book, one has a ripped slip cover, one has crayon on a page in the back of the book. Defects shown in pictures. Many though there is a name in the cover, quite a few are in unread condition. I don't see any additional writing other then already mentioned and I don't see any ripped or bent pages. Good condition, smoke free * hard cover new usually sell at $14-$18 for these, I've estimated them at $5.50 a book. Thanks for sold looking!.
