Product code: Vintage Frog Clear sold Pressed Glass Ashtray Paperweight
Listing is for a clear pressed glass frog ashtray in the form of a frog.
6” long and 4 1/2” across knees and about 3” tall.
No marks that I can identify, but I found an identical frog with a France marking and sold it's similar to some PV frog boxes also in the collection. I believe that this is an older piece that newer crystal glass frogs were reproduced from.
Excellent condition on the outward appearance. The interior vat has a crack that doesn't carry through to exterior. Possibly a mfg flaw? Lots and lots of bubbles in the glass.
