A bird sold sings to the autumn sun.

The most prized Chinese traditional paintings are those that reveal the artist's personality and character, and it is believed that an evil person cannot make a fine work of art. The traditional canvases on which these paintings are made are paper or silk. I have always been intrigued by this ancient and beautiful art, and have found that working to achieve the same effect on high-fired porcelain has been a challenge and a pleasure.
