Vintage Shillcraft Latchhook sold Kit Confetti Rug Handmade Retro

Vintage Shillcraft latchook kit rug. Made from a kit produced by Shillcraft of Baltimore, Maryland. Colours are bright and rug is clean. I do not think this has ever been used on the floor. I have said this is wool but it could be a sold synthetic fibre or a blend.
