The Colonial Collection features an array of prime examples of 17th and 18th century New England Colonial Architecture. Defined by its characteristic decorative wood paneling, scenic bespoke wallpapering and rich colorful tones, the Colonial Collection will add a sophisticated yet approachable touch to your images, that will transport you back in time.

A Digital Backdrop Collection consists of 6 high resolution digital files. Individual files may not be purchased separately at this time.

The Backdrop Studio Digital Backdrops are intended for the express use of Photographers and Artists in their personal photography and digital art. Licensing is limited to personal and private client use, and cannot be used for any commercial projects. For commercial licensing sold, please contact me at kate [!at] thebackdropstudio.com. The Backdrop Studio retains ownership of the Digital Product.

Upon purchase of your digital backdrop, you will receive a temporary download link to your full resolution files. You have 24 hours to download your file before expiry. Failure to download the link immediately may require you to repurchase your digital product.

By completing your purchase from The Backdrop Studio, you agree that you are purchasing digital non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods.

BY PURCHASING YOUR DIGITAL BACKDROP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE LICENSING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOURSELF AND THE BACKDROP STUDIO, AS DEFINED IN THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

No Distribution. Your Backdrop Studio purchase is for the sole use of the purchasing photographer/artist/business entity only. Any attempt to sell or distribute your digital file(s) to others, will be considered unlawful and is expressly prohibited.

No Reproduction or Resale. Your Digital Backdrop is intended expressly for digital use and may therefore not be reproduced in any other format, digital or otherwise (i.e. printed backdrops, merchandise, web templates, etc.) for either intent of distribution or for personal use. If you would like to purchase a printed backdrop, please purchase directly through The Backdrop Studio. Images utilizing your Digital Backdrop may be printed for personal clients.

No Commercial Use. Your Digital Backdrop license is for personal and private use only and may not be utilized for commercial, promotional, advertising, endorsement or merchandising purposes. If you would like to use your Digital Backdrop file for commercial purposes, you may purchase a commercial license by contacting kate [!at] thebackdropstudio.com.

No False Representation of Authorship. You may not claim to be the owner or creator of any content purchased from The Backdrop Studio. You may not utilize any content as part of your own personal branding, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, or website design.
