Rare Antique c1890 Sterling Silver Gorham Japanese sold Gold Accent Salt Spoon

Presented is an antique, sterling silver salt spoon or condiment serving spoon made by Gorham during the late 19th century. This is a very rare piece in a rare pattern. This piece is done in a Japanese motif and has gilded accents. The handle has a stippled background and a raised image of a young woman in a kimono, the raised design is gilt. This piece has never been monogrammed.

The back is marked for Gorham, sterling sold silver and Hennegen, Bates & Co.

This piece is in excellent condition and the designs are crisp.
