Signed on the backside AJC. Not a hint of wear or tarnish because she was never worn. Matt and shiny silver plate on her shoulders and stars. I think she was originally from the Happy Birthday Mr President collection - she's holding a microphone. Regular bar pin that runs up and down so I suppose if you had an inclination you could glue the clasp shut and run a chain thru it and wear it as a necklace. She measures just a tad over 3 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
