Rare Large 21" Hoop 42" long, Moon Raven Utah Native American Made Mandala/Mandella from 1995. Shows some signs of wear and sold damage--see pics for details. I do not know the history of this piece it was bought used. It appears to be missing at least one feather, but may be missing more.
