I will be ok waiting sold a couple days for review on any jewelry sales due to the buyer wanting to check the piece with their jeweler. This is a cluster heart 10k yellow gold diamond pendant. It weighs 3.6 grams. These are natural diamonds, and approximately .75 ctw. It's barely noticable, but in the 4th picture I circled a "hole", it looks to be missing a diamond, but I think it is just a gap in the cluster. That's how it came when I bought it. I have only worn it a few times, and would prefer it to get some more love than I can give it.
