Also has a belt/head scarf and add on collar ruffle to be worn with one or both outfits These things are huuuuuuge. I'm 5'4” 39”B/29”W/40” hips. Can “try” to get specific measurements if needed but clown costumes are supposed to fit oversized and wonky lol.
