Phone is wiped clean (Factory sold Reset), no SIM card. Was on verizon network. Very clean, small crack in lower right corner of screen, see pic, barely visible. Protected by Gorilla Glass screen protector which has some light marks. Back is very clean, too, Blue in color. Otterbox case is used, flap for charging port broke off.
