It does include all sold the furniture, food items, plates etc. It also includes some items that didn't come with the house and are not the same brand: outdoor chairs, all 4 tables, the car, and 2 Christmas trees. The one with the star isn't included. Both couches are the exact same and they are reversible, but only one comes with the doll house. Also, there is an extra set of cafe furniture shown. It just comes with one set. The house was put together and played with for a few days and may have some minor flaws, but is otherwise in great condition and would make a perfect Christmas gift. It has a working elevator, the fireplace lights up, and all cabinets and drawers open. The dish washer opens and the racks can be pulled out. It is 4 feet tall and 4 feet wide.
