Product code: Vtg 1970s knitted afghan blanket red white blue sold TWIN BED SIZE w fringe chevron
This is a beautifully knitted red white and blue afghan / blanket. It does show some wear, but I think this was made in the mid 1970s, so it's almost 50 years old. This is vintage and does show some wear. There is a hole in it. If you knit or crochet you could likely sold fix it. If not you could just sew it with some yarn. There is an area that has a little bit of paint or glue or something . It is kind of fuzzy from being washed over the years. Without the fringe it measures approximately 40 inches across and 72 inches long. It's big and would be nice to curl up in during the winter.
