Regardless of how you feel about clowns, this one is a sheer delight and sure to please. This classy clown was made by Dovile in Lithuania. His body is polymer clay and the expressive face is hand-painted - love the bright red nose. He's wearing a little crown with a bone skull on the top. His hair is dark red and bright orange silk tassels with beautifully crafted sold, dangling glass seed beads.
For the necklace, I used dark red crystal beads, black African wood beads with white Xs, faceted black lucite beads, and small orange and red glass seed beads. I used a sterling silver heart toggle clasp because his buttons are little red hearts - you gotta love him! The earring wires are also sterling silver.
I got so many chuckles and compliments the time I wore this to a large docent meeting at the Mingei Museum here in San Diego and so will you whenever you wear this Cool Classy Clown.
