Levi's original vintage 646 jeans.
Made in the USA in June 1979.
Nice heavy weight 100% cotton denim in a medium dark indigo blue wash.
Talon 42 zipper.

Best fit (based on higher than modern front rise) would be like a size 34 x 30.
