It appears to be a Portuguese Hand Painted Reproduction of a Colorful 17th Century Bottle / Decanter. The shoes and clothes appear to be 17th Century. It appears to be Portuguese, but the scenes may from be elsewhere in Europe. Made Circa last half of the 1900s. Approx. 8.5"" Tall X 4" Wide X 3.25" Deep. Very Good previously owned vintage condition. It may have a few signs of wear or age, but I did not see any sold worthy of note. See the photos.
