A smart-looking vintage paddle fan, made from paper on a bamboo frame. Uchiwa-style fans have a modern elegance to them and are a great personal cooling device. This one looks to be an advert for a children's clothing boutique named Moujonjon. The paper has a navy blue background and white text on both sides.

The Japanese characters on the fan are hiragana and read むーじょんじょん. After a brief search, it seems to be advertising for a children's sold clothing store named Moujonjon (katakana: ムージョンジョン) in Tendō.
